Goal of the EMS Division:
The philosophical goal of the EMS Division is to provide the Citizens of our community, and visitors, with the most advanced and highest quality pre-hospital care.
In order to accomplish this goal, our Department assures that our personnel are trained to the highest level of Emergency Medicine. Additionally, we are constantly seeking the most technologically advanced equipment for our personnel.
We currently provide this level of service utilizing 38 plus emergency response personnel, three advanced life support apparatus that consists of one ALS Engine, one ALS Squad and one ALS Aerial Device.
Equipment alone does not insure quality care, so we strive to attain the highest quality educational materials and techniques of care available for our personnel.
Our in-service training and education is supplemented through colleges, technical centers, conferences and seminars from the best schools of Emergency Medicine found in the United States.
